Former MLB pitcher Eric Gagne is making a case to return to the big leagues.
The 41-year-old Gagne spent 9 years in the MLB, pitching for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers Boston Red Sox and most recently Milwaukee Brewers.
After being riddled with injuries, Gagne became a free agent in 2008 and was never signed to another professional ball club.
Now, he’s pitching for Team Canada in this year’s World Baseball Classic and judging from the response of his performance today, he may have a legitimate shot at making a comeback.
